Ok, this one is pretty easy. When the United States enters into a treaty with a foreign power, it becomes PART OF OUR CONSTITUTION. Period. According to Article Six of the US Constitution:

It seems that Hillsboro County just can’t get a break. They claim that crime is down throughout Tampa and the county, so much so that clerks of the court are going to have to start not getting paid for work they weren’t doing anyway.
