Do podcasts count? I found something recently; it doesn't appear to be daily, but it's interesting.

Before the reading rec, an apology of sorts. Forgive me, but I can’t remember why I bookmarked you. I don’t do it that much these days, so I can only assume I followed a link and found something pithy, curmudgeonly and/or wickedly funny.

Well, that's just damned by faint praise there. Makes it sound like you see no such thing on the front page now so you'll have to dig through the archives. Er, thanks, I think.

Now to the rec. This guy, http://sippicancottage.blogspot.com/, writes like an absolute dream. By turns reflective and reflexive, I recognize a lot of what he says he thinks and feels. He has an adjunct photo site, http://theborderlinesociopathicblogforboys.blogspot.com/, which has a bitchin' title and some quaint and off-kilter pics, usually from days of yore. He reminds me somewhat of James Lileks, to whom I note with approval you link.

Now, back to the search for discovering why it was I bookmarked you...

I love Bill Whittle's site too, but also Rachel Lucas's about as much. But of course, Our Divine Empress is already represented in your sidebar...

Apart from those, my favourite reads are:

http://devilskitchen.me.uk/

http://www.longrider.co.uk/blog/

http://mreugenides.blogspot.com/

http://brackenworld.blogspot.com/

All of which are right-leaning, libertarian sites (just noticed that you have DK already, sorry). I also read Misha and the Du Toits, who you might have already heard of. I'd also totally agree with George and recommend Nanny Knows Best and Burning Our Money (I haven't visited the others he mentions yet).

Another favourite site is http://blamebush.typepad.com/ - pure gold, especially when it comes to the posts about midget studies...

To keep up on tech, since you've got politics covered pretty well, I recommend Al Fin's tech blog alfin2100.blogspot.com which is pretty libertarian in political leanings when it touches them. I also like Brian Wang's NextBigFuture but it can get a little bit lefty at times.

If you like your AGW skepticism chock full of real science, Tony Watts Watts Up With That is a very good read.
